The Rs 2 coin has been made 30% smaller with the diameter reduced from 28.3 to 22 mm. Seven notches have been cut into the side of the Rs 2 coin to make it more easily identified by the visually impaired people. Identified as the Spanish_flower type of coin flan shape, consists of a smooth edge separated into equal sections by seven indents.
However unlike the clear about 0.5 mm depth indents illustrated in the line drawing sent to the Kremnica mint, the indents when realised had a hardly measurable depth of maybe 0.1 mm, which gave me hardly any signal when rubbing finger around coin edge. The blind maybe more sensitive, but the international standard for Braille is 0.48 mm, which the notch is clearly not.

The coin pack was obtained from CBSL on 2018 December 3rd.
The coin was scanned at 600 dpi and the images are displayed at 254 dpi.
