The cupro nickel coin has been minted to the existing standard Rs. 2/- in circulation and has identical reverse side.
I thank Shehan Patterson of HSBC for obtaining this coin for me from
the Central Bank and sending me the nice 600 dpi scan which I
compressed to 300 dpi and have displayed at 254 dpi in
reverse video to highlight the detail on this reflective brilliant
uncirculated coin.
