This Inscribed Lead token found in Akurugoda is Plate Specimen A.14. illustrated in 1999 book by Osmund Bopearachchi and Rajah Wickramasinhe Ruhuna. An Ancient Civilization Re-visited .

Obverse : Geometrical radial spoke design with 15 long spokes pointing to central hub and 15 shorter spokes in between them.
Reverse : Legend in Brahmi - si va ha two more letters. Four Doys including one at center.

No outer ring to call it a wheel as in OBRW. Is it a depiction of the Sun ?

The specimen was scanned at 600 dpi and displayed at 400 dpi.
It was obtained in 2016 May from Lalith Raddella in Colombo who had purchased a selection from Raja Wickramasinghe.
